AI Verify is a content authenticity analysis tool that uses artificial intelligence to detect AI-generated or manipulated video content. The Service performs temporary analysis of video content and provides authenticity assessments.

3. How the Service Works

When you submit a video URL:

• The Service temporarily accesses the video
• Extracts a limited number of frames for analysis
• Analyzes frames using Google Gemini AI
• Provides an authenticity assessment
• Immediately deletes all video data and frames

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to analyze the content you submit
• You will not use the Service to violate any third-party rights
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• You understand the Service is for personal, informational use only
• You are responsible for compliance with applicable platform terms of service

5. Content Analysis Disclaimer

The Service performs temporary content analysis only. We do not:

• Store or save video content
• Redistribute or share analyzed content
• Provide video downloading functionality
• Retain video data beyond the analysis process

6. Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive for accuracy, you acknowledge that:

• AI analysis may not be 100% accurate
• Results are provided for informational purposes only
• You should not rely solely on our analysis for critical decisions
• The Service is continuously improving but not infallible

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by AI Verify and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

8. Subscription and Payments

• Free users receive limited daily analysis credits
• Premium subscriptions offer unlimited analysis
• Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy
• We may change pricing with notice to users

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use information.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the Service to violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service
• Use automated tools to submit bulk requests

11. Termination

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Verify from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
